    In the convenience of your own home, we can meet online for our counselling session, providing you with the same support and privacy to discuss and air your concerns.

    Whether you are based in the UK or overseas, I would be really pleased to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss what you need.

  • Group Sessions

    Join a small online focused Group for an hour and a half a week for 4 weeks. Next Group session will be looking at Anxiety, learning what can cause this condition. Space to discuss and share experiences and look at techniques to help manage better. Max 4 per Group at a cost of: £140.
